Player profile
Everything about one player on a single page, from personal details and availability to seasons, value, documents and notes.
Every player has one permanent profile, opened from Squad Management, Squad Depth, search or any player name in Agones. The selected tab is part of the page address, so a shared link opens on the same tab.
Header
- Photo, name and status. The status shows the player's availability, or Sold.
- Profile line: primary position, age, nationality, preferred foot and secondary positions.
- Team line: the teams the player belongs to in the selected season, with shirt number. A Hudl StatsBomb mark shows when that team is kept in sync. Manage teams opens the team assignments.
Below the header, four key figures: Age, Contract until (with the time left, or Expired), Value (with its source) and, with Scouting, Scouting score.
Header actions
| Action | Who |
|---|---|
| Availability menu | Football Director and Medical |
| More actions (⋯): Upload photo / Change photo, Remove photo, Mark as sold / Reactivate | Football Director |
Availability
| Status | Set by |
|---|---|
| Available | Football Director, Medical |
| Injured | Football Director, Medical |
| Rehab | Football Director, Medical |
| International | Football Director |
| Loan | Football Director |
Availability shows in Squad Management and on the pitch and ladders in Squad Depth, where unavailable players do not count as cover.
Sold is not an availability choice. Mark as sold removes the player from the active squad and ends their team assignments; the profile stays searchable and Reactivate reverses it. With Recruitment & transfers, Mark as sold opens a new outgoing deal instead, and the player is set to sold when that deal is completed. See Outgoing.

Three cards: Personal (name, preferred name, date of birth, nationalities, address), Football (primary and secondary positions, preferred foot, height, weight, and Registration with Recruitment & transfers) and Contact (mobile, email, emergency contact, agent). The Football Director edits each card with Edit.
The player's score card, from the overall score down to the individual metrics. See How scores work.
Contract terms and salary per season. See Contracts and salaries.
Season by season is a timeline with one column per club season; the current one is marked Now. Rows:
- Contract: a bar across the seasons under contract, with option years striped and Out of contract after it ends
- Age at the start of each season
- Team
- Minutes, from Hudl StatsBomb
- Score in the main profile, with the change on the previous season (Scouting only)
- Salary, with the change on the previous season (financial roles only)
- Deals in that season (Recruitment & transfers only)
- Decision: the contract decision per season, which the Football Director sets here directly
The Value used across Agones is the club's own value when set, otherwise the TransferRoom expected transfer value. Below it:
- TransferRoom xTV with its sync date, or a link to connect TransferRoom
- Your value, set by the Football Director with Set value; Remove, use TransferRoom clears it
- Scouting value (Scouting only), an estimate from the scouting model for comparison, not used as the value
All deals for the player, open and closed, linking to each deal page. Roles that work on recruitment start a New deal for a target, or a New sale or loan or New extension for a squad player.
The player's documents. See Documents.
A timeline of staff notes, newest first, with author, role and time. Every member of the club can read and post (Post note, or Cmd/Ctrl + Enter). Authors edit their own notes; the author or the Football Director can delete a note.
Every change to the player, grouped by day, with who changed which field from what to what. Each member only sees changes to data their role can see: a Coach, for example, does not see salary changes. See Activity log.
Team assignments
Manage teams (Football Director) opens the Teams panel. Squads linked to Hudl StatsBomb are kept up to date automatically; the panel is for exceptions.
- Assignments are listed per season, marked Primary or Secondary.
- Make primary turns a secondary assignment into the primary one.
- End assignment ends it with today as the end date; it stays in the history.
- The shirt number of an active assignment can be changed in place.
- Add assignment places the player in another team: choose Team, Season, optionally Squad number, Squad role and Effective date, and whether to Make primary for this season.
Promote to the next team
When the player's primary team has a next team set under Step up into in Settings → Teams, a Promote to button appears. Choose whether to make the new team primary and whether to keep the current team as a secondary assignment, then select Confirm promotion. The profile, contracts, photo and notes stay the same. See Teams and seasons.
