My Account
Profile, password, signed-in devices, theme and the member's access to the club.
My Account holds the settings that belong to a member rather than to the club. Open it from the account menu at the top right of the screen.
The top of the page shows the member's initials, name and email address, the role and the club. Roles that cannot change anything carry a Read only label. The page has four tabs: Profile, Security, Preferences and Club & access.
Profile

| Display name | How the name appears to the rest of the club: on completed decisions, uploaded documents and in the members list. Change it and click Save. |
| Email address | The address used to sign in. Password resets and security notices are sent here. It cannot be changed on this page; the Football Director or Agones can change it. |
Security
Password
Enter a new password
Fill in New password and Confirm new password. A password needs at least 10 characters.
Save
Click Update password. The current device stays signed in, and a confirmation is sent by email whenever the password changes.
Sessions
Sessions lists every device where the account is signed in, with the browser and operating system, when it was last active and its IP address. The current device is marked This device.
- Sign out next to another device ends that session.
- Sign out next to This device signs out here.
- Sign out other devices ends every session except the current one.
Signing out another device takes effect on that device within the hour.
Lost a laptop or used a shared computer? Use Sign out other devices, then change the password.
Account
Account created and Last sign-in show when the account was made and when it was last used to sign in. These details are useful when contacting Agones support.
Preferences
Under Theme, choose Light or Dark. The theme is saved in the browser, so it applies per device rather than per account. The account menu offers the same switch for a quick change.
Club & access
This tab shows what the member has access to. It is read-only: roles are assigned by the Football Director, and modules are agreed between the club and Agones.
